Use an NTC 4G SIM card to activate VoLTE. If you have an older SIM, upgrade to 4G for free at the nearest Nepal Telecom office.

If your SIM card lacks 4G support:

If activation fails, your SIM may be outdated. Replace it for free with a 4G-enabled SIM at an NTC office.
How to Get 100 Minutes of Free Voice Calls
After activating VoLTE, follow these steps to get 100 free call minutes:

Enjoy 100 minutes of free voice calls within the NTC network for 28 days.
Troubleshooting MMI Code Issues
If you see an MMI Code or connection issue, ensure:
- VoLTE is active on your SIM and device.
- The status bar network icon displays “VoLTE.”

- Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks on your phone.
- Enable VoLTE for your preferred SIM card.
