The official logo and six teams for Nepal’s first franchise kabaddi competition, the Nepal Kabaddi League 2024(NKL), have been unveiled.
At an event held on Friday, Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak officially revealed the logo. Alongside this, the franchise teams were also introduced. The inaugural edition of the league will feature six teams representing the cities of Kathmandu, Pokhara, Biratnagar, Janakpur, Dhangadhi, and Butwal.
For the men’s kabaddi league, the All Nepal Kabaddi Association had already signed a 10-year agreement with Astronix Management last year. The event was graced by the presence of the Minister of Youth and Sports, the President of the Nepal Olympic Committee, and officials from various national sports associations.
